LovShield is a Canadian telecom security service that monitors phone calls in real time and alerts you and your family when a scam is detected. We provide protection on both smartphones (Android and iOS coming June 2026) and traditional landlines through our adapter device.
When you receive a call, it's routed through our platform where our AI analyzes the conversation in real time. Our technology detects suspicious patterns and speech characteristics typical of fraud calls. If we detect a potential scam, you receive an instant alert with information about the threat level. Your family can also be notified immediately so they can help protect you.
No. We never record calls. Audio exists only in memory during the call for real-time analysis and is completely discarded when the call ends. We don't store recordings, transcripts, or any permanent record of what's said during your calls. Your privacy is our top priority.
LovShield works on Android smartphones (available now on Google Play), iOS devices (coming June 2026), and traditional landlines when used with our Grandstream HT813 adapter. This gives you protection across all the ways seniors communicate.
Our plans are affordable and flexible: Standard Plan is $17/month (protects 1 device — mobile or landline), Combo Plan is $22/month (1 mobile + 1 landline), Family Plan is $26/month (2 mobiles + 1 landline). The landline adapter is $120 CAD one-time. All prices are in Canadian dollars. There are no contracts—you can cancel anytime.
Only if you want landline protection. If you only use a smartphone, you don't need the adapter. Many seniors have both, so we offer the adapter as an optional add-on. It plugs directly into your existing PSTN line and works with any traditional landline handset.
Your landline will still work normally. Our adapter is designed with fail-open behavior—if power or internet is lost, calls bypass LovShield completely and go directly to your phone through the traditional telephone network. Your phone service is never compromised by our system.
Absolutely. You can set up SMS and email alerts for up to 2 family contacts. When we detect a suspicious call, they'll be notified immediately with details about the threat level, so they can reach out to you and help keep you safe.
No contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no penalties. We believe in earning your trust every month, not locking you in. Your peace of mind comes first.
